Mentmore man charged with 9th DWI

GALLUP — Not having a driver’s license, vehicle insurance or vehicle registration documentation did not prevent Benson Scott from getting behind the wheel of a borrowed car, which was pulled over for erratic driving Wednesday afternoon.
